TrustWove is a private-label and OEM wet wipes manufacturer. We're not the biggest factory in China — and we're fine with that. What we set out to be is the best-made: the strongest on R&D, the most precise on quality control, and the most consistent, batch after batch.
Our philosophy
Not the largest factory — the best-made one
Most wet-wipes factories can list the same categories. Very few can prove they can hit a function and hold it stable, order after order. That gap is the whole reason TrustWove exists.
Material control at the source
It starts with the base fabric, and we hold ours to a high bar. Two rolls can both be called 100% bamboo fiber, full viscose or spunlace nonwoven and still be worlds apart — put our sample next to a market product and it speaks for itself.
Strongest on R&D
We develop and maintain 500+ proprietary formulas in-house, updated continuously, and run joint research with Peking University, China Pharmaceutical University and Zhejiang University — so we start from real formulation depth, not a stock liquid.
Precise on quality control
Process and quality control are where we refuse to compromise. Checks follow the exact product you're building, so what you approve in the sample is what ships in the carton.
Consistent, batch after batch
Stability is the hardest thing in this industry and the thing brands feel most. Our whole system is built to make the thousandth batch behave like the first.

Technical Director
Kevin
Our R&D lead and resident formulation obsessive. Kevin is happiest deep in a problem alongside technical and academic experts, chasing the exact formula that makes a wipe truly do what it promises. Most of our 500+ formulas started on his bench.
Operations Director
Ella
Ella runs operations — order flow, compliance, packaging-design coordination, production scheduling and shipping. She is meticulous almost to the point of feeling like an AI: no error slips past her review. That's exactly why projects move from PO to delivery without surprises.
Production Director
Joe
Joe leads production and can't leave a machine alone. The wet-wipes line he stripped down and rebuilt has become an industry benchmark — equipment makers now come to the factory to study and trade notes on his upgrades. He bolts his own quality-control add-ons and automated error-catching onto the line, so defects are caught by the machine long before they reach a carton.

Tong leads sales, and by his own account has the easiest job on the team: showing the world what these people build, and finding brands who care about quality and the long game as much as TrustWove does.

We'll source your other products from China, too
This is separate from our own wet wipes. Over the years, longtime clients started asking us to buy other products in China on their behalf — so we built a dedicated import & export team to act as their buying agent, end to end. Because we already know the supply chain from the inside, we can vet the maker, shape the product and guard the quality the way we do for our own factory.
